SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – The community of Heartwood in Richmond Hill is continuing its expansion. The area isn’t just seeing a housing boom either it’s growing as a commercial space. WTOC has an updated look at the area.

“You know, we’re just getting started,” said VP of Real Estate, Bill Cunningham.

It’s a project that’s 10 years in the making.

The first residents moved in 25 months ago, now there’s 130 occupied homes.
