Bē Health and Well-Being
What if your community
could improve your health?
We call it our blueprint for wellness. Heartwood was designed to make well-being less about effort and more about easy, healthy choices built right into your environment. Like having forests to wander, pools and parks to romp in, and a community-wide healthcare initiative with St. Joseph’s/Candler, now open in Heartwood.

Living in Nature
Side effects may include happiness
A growing body of research shows that regular time in nature — walking through a park, sitting beneath trees or noodling around in your garden — can lower stress, support heart and brain health and contribute to healthier aging. In other words, our town in the trees is the perfect non-prescription prescription. Not only will 50% of our land be preserved as natural wetland, at buildout we’ll have 200 acres of parks, 50 miles of trails and oodles of heart-pumping (and zen-finding) amenities.

St. Joseph’s/Candler
Our neighbor-collaborator in healthy living
Lucky us. This renowned healthcare system chose Heartwood for its new Richmond Hill campus. This first phase includes urgent care, primary care, specialty care, lab services and an expansion of the Bē Health & Well-Being program. P.S., there’s more to come on this seven-acre campus.
Bē Health
A whole-community health initiative
Meet your wellness wingman: Bē Health, an exclusive partnership with St. Joseph’s/Candler. With this complimentary, community-wide program, Heartwood residents enjoy benefits like annual wellness exams, fitness classes, kids’ camps and more, all designed to support healthier living.
